Privacy notice

Draft for the pilot. Have it reviewed before opening sign-up to the public.

What we keep

Your name, email and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password.
For each child you add: the name you give them on the calendar, their school site, and their school username and password, stored encrypted.
The class and school posts we read for your child, the links to their attached files, and the calendar items found in them.

Once or twice each school day we sign in to the school site with your child's login and only read new posts. We never post, reply or change anything there.
We send each new post's text and attached images or PDFs to Claude, an AI service made by Anthropic, to find deadlines, tests and things to bring. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
Only you can see your children's calendar. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not show ads.

Remove a child at any time from the Children page. This deletes their saved school login and all their calendar items right away.
To delete your whole account, email us and we will delete everything within 7 days.
